For our trailer, we were all extremely keen to produce as much of it by
ourselves as possible. This included creatied our own sound effects. Ryan and I opened up garage band as you can see below, and began
testing out different orchestral instruments that can be integrated
nicely into the theme of our trailer. We ended up using an orchestral sound and played a resonating low E to create tension at the beginning of our trailer.
Creating tension is a key to communicating with the target audience and to signalling the dramatic genre of your trailer.
